REFUND AND RETURN POLICYs

RETURNS?
Once you have purchased an item you then have 15 calendar days to return said item from the date you received it.
For your item to be eligible for a return at any of our Chamba locations, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that no cannabis product will be accepted for return once it has left Chamba Cannabis Co. We ask you to verify your product before leaving.

REFUNDS?
Once you have brought your item back to the store and have given it to a staff member, we will then begin inspecting your item. Upon completion of the inspection, we will notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return has been approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If the refund is processed via Debit or Credit card, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on the card issuers policies.
